Baltini Premium Apartment PolankiAqua is located in the attractive PolankiAqua complex in Kołobrzeg, in the western part of the city.

The facility features a swimming complex with indoor pools, saunas, a jacuzzi, and numerous attractions for children. In summer, guests have access to a sun terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor pool. There is also a fitness room on site. For the youngest guests, 2 outdoor playgrounds and an indoor playroom are prepared.

Polanki Aqua is located only 400 meters from a wide sandy beach. The city center is about a 40-minute walk from the facility. There is the AQUA restaurant on site, and other dining options are available nearby. Grocery stores and supermarkets are about 20-25 minutes away on foot.

The Baltini Premium Polanki Aqua Apartment F008 is designed for a maximum of 4 people. The 50 m2 unit consists of a living room with a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower, lockable wardrobe, and a large balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and other appliances necessary for preparing homemade meals. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a fold-out armchair, and a TV. The apartment also offers free access to high-quality WIFI throughout the unit. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160X200 cm). For the youngest guests, we offer a travel cot with mattress and children's bedding set on request (one-time fee of 50 PLN). The cot can only be added after prior notification before arrival.

LIVING ROOM: Sofa bed, coffee table, flat-screen TV with access to terrestrial and satellite television, central heating, balcony exit with garden furniture. BEDROOM: Double bed, bedding, wardrobe, central heating. WARDROBE: Additional wardrobes. KITCHENETTE: Table with 4 chairs, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, set of pots, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, frying pan, high chair for children (on request). BATHROOM: Bath towels (1 large and 1 small per person), shower, toilet, washbasin, washing machine, hairdryer, mirror, towels, set of toiletries, baby bathtub (on request). MULTIMEDIA: TV, WiFi internet is available in the rooms and is free of charge. PARKING: Private parking space in the garage hall; parking use is free of charge. PETS: Dogs or other four-legged companions are accepted on request. An additional fee applies, 40 PLN / day. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a pet.

Important information

Check-in is automatic. Access to the apartments is possible from 4:00 PM and is done using codes. In exceptional cases, we do not exclude the possibility of an earlier check-in and making the apartment available :) On the day of arrival, the apartment is equipped with a so-called “starter pack.” The starter pack includes a few coffee capsules (usually 3-4), a few tea bags, basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, etc.), a few dishwasher tablets (usually 3-4), a few spare garbage bags, a few laundry capsules (usually 2-3), a set of disposable toiletries, a few rolls of toilet paper (usually 3-4), and a roll of paper towels. During the stay, regardless of its length, the above-mentioned items are not replenished. For longer stays, we kindly ask guests to arrange their own supplies.

Apartments at Polanki Aqua - We guarantee one private, free parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible. Apartments at Polanki Park - We guarantee one private, free, outdoor parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Apartments at Kasprowicza 20 A/B/C, Bliżej Morza and Old Town - We guarantee one private parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay, for an additional fee of 40 PLN per day. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible. Apartments at Baltic Marina Residence - We guarantee one private parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay, for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible.
