The Baltini Premium Polanki Aqua apartment is located in the attractive complex Polanki Aqua in Kołobrzeg, in the western part of the city. The facility has a swimming pool complex with indoor pools, saunas, jacuzzi and numerous attractions for children. Additionally, in the summer time, guests have access to a sun terrace with deckchairs and an outdoor swimming pool. There is also a fitness room at guests' disposal. For the youngest guests, there are 2 outdoor playgrounds and an indoor playroom. Polanki Aqua is located just 400 meters from a wide, sandy beach. The nearest restaurant is located directly in the complex. Grocery stores and supermarkets are approximately 20-25 minutes' walk away.
The Baltini Premium Polanki Aqua apartment is perfect for a stay of 5 people, it is perfect for a family holiday! The premises consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a large balcony. The elegant design of the apartment and its unique style will make every guest feel unique. The apartment has everything necessary for a successful, carefree holiday. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and other equipment necessary for quick preparation of home-made meals. In the hall there is a large, roomy dressing room with shelves and hangers for clothes, a clothes dryer, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and a fire extinguisher. The living room has a comfortable fold-out sofa with a place to sleep for two people and a fold-out armchair with a place to sleep for another person. In addition, the living room has a TV with satellite channels. The apartment also offers free access to high-quality WIFI throughout the room. The bedroom is equipped with a King Size Bed (160X2000). Of course, we have prepared sets of bed linen, towels, pool towels and bathrobes for our guests. For the smallest guests, we offer a travel cot with a set of children's bedding upon request.

Important information
Check-in is automatic. Access to the apartments is possible from 4:00 PM and is done using codes. In exceptional cases, we do not exclude the possibility of an earlier check-in and making the apartment available :) On the day of arrival, the apartment is equipped with a so-called “starter pack.” The starter pack includes a few coffee capsules (usually 3-4), a few tea bags, basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, etc.), a few dishwasher tablets (usually 3-4), a few spare garbage bags, a few laundry capsules (usually 2-3), a set of disposable toiletries, a few rolls of toilet paper (usually 3-4), and a roll of paper towels. During the stay, regardless of its length, the above-mentioned items are not replenished. For longer stays, we kindly ask guests to arrange their own supplies.

Apartments at Polanki Aqua - We guarantee one private, free parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible. Apartments at Polanki Park - We guarantee one private, free, outdoor parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Apartments at Kasprowicza 20 A/B/C, Bliżej Morza and Old Town - We guarantee one private parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay, for an additional fee of 40 PLN per day. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible. Apartments at Baltic Marina Residence - We guarantee one private parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay, for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible.
