Baltini Premium Apartment PolankiAqua is located in the attractive PolankiAqua complex in Kołobrzeg, in the western part of the city.

The facility features a swimming complex with indoor pools, saunas, a jacuzzi, and numerous attractions for children. In summer, guests can use the sun terrace with deckchairs and an outdoor pool. There is also a fitness room on site. For the youngest, 2 outdoor playgrounds and an indoor playroom are prepared.

Polanki Aqua is located only 400 meters from a wide sandy beach. The city center is about a 40-minute walk from the property. There is an AQUA restaurant on site, and other dining options are available nearby. Grocery stores and supermarkets are about 20-25 minutes on foot.

The Baltini Premium Polanki Aqua D108 apartment is designed for up to 5 people. The 39 m2 apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a large balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and other appliances necessary for preparing homemade meals. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a fold-out armchair, and a TV. The apartment also offers free access to high-quality WIFI throughout the unit. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200). For the smallest guests, we offer on request a travel cot with a mattress and children's bedding set (one-time fee of 50 PLN). The cot can only be provided upon prior notification before arrival.

LIVING ROOM: Sofa bed, fold-out armchair, coffee table, flat-screen TV with access to terrestrial and satellite television, central heating, exit to the balcony with garden furniture. BEDROOM: double bed, bedding, wardrobe, central heating. KITCHENETTE: Table with 4 chairs, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, drip coffee maker, toaster, oven with microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, set of pots, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, frying pan, high chair (on request). BATHROOM: Bath towels (1 large and 1 small per person), shower, WC, sink, washing machine, hairdryer, mirror, towels, set of toiletries, baby bathtub (on request). MULTIMEDIA: TV, WiFi internet is available in the rooms and is free of charge. PARKING: Own outdoor parking space, use of parking is free. PETS: Dogs or other four-legged companions are accepted on request. An additional fee applies, 40 PLN / day. Please notify us in advance about your pet's stay.

Important information

Check-in is fully automated. Access to the apartments is available from 4:00 PM and is provided via access codes. In exceptional cases, we do not exclude the possibility of an earlier check-in and earlier access to the apartment. On the day of arrival, the apartment is equipped with a so-called “starter pack.” The starter pack includes: a few coffee capsules (usually 3–4), a few tea bags, basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, etc.), several dishwasher tablets (usually 2–3, up to a maximum of 4, depending on the length of stay), a few spare trash bags, a few laundry capsules or laundry sheets (usually 1–2), a set of disposable toiletries, several rolls of toilet paper (usually 3–4), and one roll of paper towels. During the stay, regardless of its length, the above items are not replenished. For longer stays, guests are kindly asked to provide additional supplies on their own.

Animals

Four-legged family members are very welcome. A stay with a dog involves an additional fee of PLN 40 per night, unless a specific offer waives the dog fee or reduces the dog surcharge. We do not accept cats!

Children

Children of all ages are welcome.

Parking

Apartments at Polanki Aqua - We guarantee one private, free parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible. Apartments at Polanki Park - We guarantee one private, free, outdoor parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Apartments at Kasprowicza 20 A/B/C, Bliżej Morza and Old Town - We guarantee one private parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay, for an additional fee of 40 PLN per day. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible.
