The Baltini Premium Kasprowicza apartment is located in an attractive complex in the central part of the spa district of the city. The property is only 400 meters from the sandy beach. The city center and most other spa attractions are about a 20-minute walk from the property.

The complex features the LAVOO restaurant offering international cuisine. We offer our guests free use of the pool area. The Kasprowicza "20ABC" apartment complex consists of 3 buildings connected by corridors, so there is no need to go outside to move between buildings. Guests have at their disposal a pool, saunas, and jacuzzi in building C. Grocery stores and supermarkets are about a 5-10 minute walk away.

The Baltini Premium Kasprowicza 20A/614B apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people. The 29 m2 space consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom separated from the living room, a bathroom with a shower, and a large balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and other appliances necessary for preparing meals at home. The living room features a fold-out comfortable sofa bed for two people and a TV. The apartment also offers free access to high-quality WIFI throughout the premises. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x200 cm). For the youngest guests, we offer, upon request, a travel crib with a mattress and a set of children's bedding (one-time fee of 50 PLN). The crib can only be provided if requested before arrival.

LIVING ROOM: Fold-out sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV with access to terrestrial and satellite television, central heating, balcony exit with garden furniture. BEDROOM: Double bed, bedding. KITCHENETTE: Table with 4 chairs, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, oven, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, set of pots, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, frying pan, high chair (on request). BATHROOM: Bath towels (1 large and 1 small per person), shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, hairdryer, mirror, towels, set of toiletries, baby bathtub (on request). MULTIMEDIA: TV, WiFi internet is available in the rooms and is free of charge. PARKING: Private external parking space, parking use costs an additional 40 PLN/day. PETS: Dogs or other four-legged companions are accepted on request. An additional fee of 40 PLN/day applies. Please notify about your pet in advance.

Important information

Check-in is fully automated. Access to the apartments is available from 4:00 PM and is provided via access codes. In exceptional cases, we do not exclude the possibility of an earlier check-in and earlier access to the apartment. On the day of arrival, the apartment is equipped with a so-called “starter pack.” The starter pack includes: a few coffee capsules (usually 3–4), a few tea bags, basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, etc.), several dishwasher tablets (usually 2–3, up to a maximum of 4, depending on the length of stay), a few spare trash bags, a few laundry capsules or laundry sheets (usually 1–2), a set of disposable toiletries, several rolls of toilet paper (usually 3–4), and one roll of paper towels. During the stay, regardless of its length, the above items are not replenished. For longer stays, guests are kindly asked to provide additional supplies on their own.

Apartments at Polanki Aqua - We guarantee one private, free parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible. Apartments at Polanki Park - We guarantee one private, free, outdoor parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Apartments at Kasprowicza 20 A/B/C, Bliżej Morza and Old Town - We guarantee one private parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay, for an additional fee of 40 PLN per day. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible. Apartments at Baltic Marina Residence - We guarantee one private parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay, for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible.
