The property is approximately 1500 meters from the sandy beach. The city center is about a 10-minute walk from the property. You can reach the municipal Aquapark in a 4-minute walk. Grocery stores and supermarkets are within a 5-10 minute walk.

Baltini Premium Baltic Marina Residence apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people. The apartment, with an area of 34 m2, consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, Tassimo capsule coffee maker, and other necessary utensils for preparing home meals. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two, and a TV. The apartment also offers free high-quality WIFI access throughout the premises. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160X2000). For the youngest guests, we offer a travel crib with a mattress and a set of children's bedding upon request (one-time fee of 50 PLN). The crib can only be added upon prior notification before arrival.

LIVING ROOM: Sofa bed, coffee table, flat-screen TV with access to terrestrial and satellite television, central heating, access to the balcony with garden furniture. BEDROOM: Double bed, bedding, wardrobe, nightstands, central heating. KITCHENETTE: Table with 4 chairs, kettle, Tassimo capsule coffee maker, toaster, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, set of pots, cutlery, glasses, cups, frying pan, high chair (upon request). BATHROOM: Bath towels (1 large and 1 small per person), shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, hairdryer, mirror, towels, toiletries, baby bathtub (upon request). MULTIMEDIA: TV, WiFi internet is available in the rooms and is free. PARKING: Private outdoor parking space, parking is subject to an additional fee, 30 PLN per day. PETS: Dogs or other four-legged companions are accepted upon request. An additional fee applies, 40 PLN per day. Please notify us in advance about your pet's stay.

Important information

Check-in is automatic. Access to the apartments is possible from 4:00 PM and is done using codes. In exceptional cases, we do not exclude the possibility of an earlier check-in and making the apartment available :) On the day of arrival, the apartment is equipped with a so-called “starter pack.” The starter pack includes a few coffee capsules (usually 3-4), a few tea bags, basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, etc.), a few dishwasher tablets (usually 3-4), a few spare garbage bags, a few laundry capsules (usually 2-3), a set of disposable toiletries, a few rolls of toilet paper (usually 3-4), and a roll of paper towels. During the stay, regardless of its length, the above-mentioned items are not replenished. For longer stays, we kindly ask guests to arrange their own supplies.

Parking

Apartments at Polanki Aqua - We guarantee one private, free parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible. Apartments at Polanki Park - We guarantee one private, free, outdoor parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Apartments at Kasprowicza 20 A/B/C, Bliżej Morza and Old Town - We guarantee one private parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay, for an additional fee of 40 PLN per day. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible.
