The property is located in peaceful, western part of Kołobrzeg, just 400 meters from a wide, sandy beach. It is an ideal base for those who want to combine the comfort of a private apartment with premium-class amenities.
Aqua Zone: Relaxation regardless of the weather
The complex's main feature is the year-round water area, which Baltini Premium guests can access using convenient wristbands (4 per apartment). The area is available from 9:00 – 21:00 and includes:
- Pools and Wellness: an indoor sports pool, a recreational pool with a jacuzzi, and a sauna area (dry and steam).
- Seasonal outdoor pool: during the summer a heated pool with a sun terrace is available
- Children's attractions: a water playground with slides and a safe paddling pool.
Apartments designed for your comfort
We designed our interiors with longer stays and a homely atmosphere in mind, at a premium standard.
- Each apartment is equipped with kitchenette, a washing machine and fast Wi-Fi.
- Selected apartments have air conditioning.
- We provide parking: Each apartment is assigned one specific parking space (in the garage or outdoors). The property also has spaces for people with disabilities and public parking areas.
Balconies with views of nature
This is your personal spot for a morning coffee. Depending on the apartment's location, the windows offer different views:
- Heart of the property: View of the outdoor pool and the lively garden.
- Natura 2000 and Owcze Bagno: A protected area unique on a European scale, where salt-loving plants grow (e.g. the rare glasswort). With a bit of luck, you can spot roe deer, foxes, and even organically grazed Limousin cattle from the balcony.
- From two apartments you can see the blue sea.
