Baltini Premium Apartment PolankiAqua is located in the attractive PolankiAqua complex in Kołobrzeg, in the western part of the city.

The facility includes a swimming complex with indoor pools, saunas, a jacuzzi, and numerous attractions for children. In summer, guests have access to a sun terrace with deckchairs and an outdoor pool. There is also a fitness room on site. For the youngest guests, 2 outdoor playgrounds and an indoor playroom have been prepared.

Polanki Aqua is located just 400 meters from a wide sandy beach. The city center is about a 40-minute walk from the facility. The AQUA restaurant is on site, and other dining options are available nearby. Grocery stores and supermarkets are about a 20-25 minute walk away.

The Baltini Premium Polanki Aqua F004 apartment is designed for up to 6 people. The 65 m2 unit consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a large wardrobe, and a spacious balcony with a distant sea view.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven with microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, drip coffee maker, and other appliances necessary for preparing home meals. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed with sleeping space for two, and a television. The apartment also offers free high-quality Wi-Fi throughout the unit. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160X200cm). For the smallest guests, we offer on request a travel cot with a mattress and a set of children's bedding (one-time fee of 50 PLN). The cot can only be provided if requested before arrival.

LIVING ROOM: Double sofa bed, coffee table, flat-screen TV with access to terrestrial and satellite television, central heating, exit to the balcony with garden furniture. BEDROOM 1: double bed, bedding, wardrobe, central heating. BEDROOM 2: double bed, bedding, wardrobe, central heating. KITCHENETTE: Table with 6 chairs, kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, set of pots, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, frying pan, high chair (on request). BATHROOM: Bath towels (1 large and 1 small per person), shower, WC, sink, washing machine, hairdryer, mirror, towels, set of toiletries, baby bath (on request). MULTIMEDIA: TV, Wi-Fi internet is available in the rooms and free of charge. PARKING: Private locked garage in the underground parking hall, parking is free of charge. PETS: Dogs or other four-legged companions are accepted on request. An additional fee applies, 40 PLN / per day. Please notify us in advance about your pet.

Important information

Check-in is automatic. Access to the apartments is possible from 4:00 PM and is done using codes. In exceptional cases, we do not exclude the possibility of an earlier check-in and making the apartment available :) On the day of arrival, the apartment is equipped with a so-called “starter pack.” The starter pack includes a few coffee capsules (usually 3-4), a few tea bags, basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, etc.), a few dishwasher tablets (usually 3-4), a few spare garbage bags, a few laundry capsules (usually 2-3), a set of disposable toiletries, a few rolls of toilet paper (usually 3-4), and a roll of paper towels. During the stay, regardless of its length, the above-mentioned items are not replenished. For longer stays, we kindly ask guests to arrange their own supplies.

Apartments at Polanki Aqua - We guarantee one private, free parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible. Apartments at Polanki Park - We guarantee one private, free, outdoor parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Apartments at Kasprowicza 20 A/B/C, Bliżej Morza and Old Town - We guarantee one private parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay, for an additional fee of 40 PLN per day. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible. Apartments at Baltic Marina Residence - We guarantee one private parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay, for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible.
