Baltini Premium Apartment Polanki Aqua is located in the attractive Polanki Aqua complex in Kołobrzeg, in the western part of the city.

The facility includes a pool complex with indoor pools, saunas, a jacuzzi, and numerous attractions for children. In summer, guests can use the sun terrace with deckchairs and the outdoor pool. There is also a fitness room on site. For the youngest guests, 2 outdoor playgrounds and an indoor playroom are prepared.

Polanki Aqua is located only 400 meters from a wide sandy beach. The city center is about a 40-minute walk from the facility. There is the AQUA restaurant on site, and other dining options are available nearby. Grocery stores and supermarkets are about a 20-25 minute walk away.

Baltini Premium Apartment Polanki Aqua E202 is designed for a maximum of 5 people. The 50 m2 unit consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a wardrobe, and a large balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and other appliances necessary for preparing home meals. The living room features a comfortable fold-out sofa with sleeping space for two people, a fold-out armchair, and a TV. The apartment also offers free access to high-quality WIFI throughout the unit. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160X200). For the smallest guests, we offer upon request a travel cot with mattress and a set of children's bed linen (one-time fee of 50 PLN). The cot can be placed only after prior notification before arrival.

LIVING ROOM: Fold-out sofa, fold-out armchair, coffee table, flat-screen TV with access to terrestrial and satellite TV, central heating, air conditioning, balcony with garden furniture. BEDROOM: double bed, bed linen, wardrobe, central heating. WARDROBE: additional wardrobes. KITCHENETTE: Table with 5 chairs, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, drip coffee maker, toaster, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, set of pots, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, frying pan, high chair for children (on request). BATHROOM: Bath towels (1 large and 1 small per person), shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, hairdryer, mirror, towels, set of cosmetics, baby bathtub (on request). MULTIMEDIA: TV, WiFi internet is available in the rooms and is free of charge. PARKING: Own outdoor parking space, parking is free of charge. PETS: Dogs or other four-legged companions are accepted on request. An additional fee of 40 PLN / day applies. Please notify us in advance about your pet's stay.

Important information

Check-in is fully automated. Access to the apartments is available from 4:00 PM and is provided via access codes. In exceptional cases, we do not exclude the possibility of an earlier check-in and earlier access to the apartment. On the day of arrival, the apartment is equipped with a so-called “starter pack.” The starter pack includes: a few coffee capsules (usually 3–4), a few tea bags, basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, etc.), several dishwasher tablets (usually 2–3, up to a maximum of 4, depending on the length of stay), a few spare trash bags, a few laundry capsules or laundry sheets (usually 1–2), a set of disposable toiletries, several rolls of toilet paper (usually 3–4), and one roll of paper towels. During the stay, regardless of its length, the above items are not replenished. For longer stays, guests are kindly asked to provide additional supplies on their own.

Animals

Four-legged family members are very welcome. A stay with a dog involves an additional fee of PLN 40 per night, unless a specific offer waives the dog fee or reduces the dog surcharge. We do not accept cats!

Children

Children of all ages are welcome.

Parking

Apartments at Polanki Aqua - We guarantee one private, free parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible. Apartments at Polanki Park - We guarantee one private, free, outdoor parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Apartments at Kasprowicza 20 A/B/C, Bliżej Morza and Old Town - We guarantee one private parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay, for an additional fee of 40 PLN per day. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible.
