Baltini Premium Apartment PolankiAqua is located in an attractive complex of PolankiAqua in Kołobrzeg, in the western part of the city.

The property features a swimming pool complex, with indoor pools, saunas, jacuzzis, and numerous attractions for children. In the summer, guests can enjoy a sun terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor pool. There is also a fitness room on-site. For the youngest guests, 2 outdoor playgrounds and an indoor playroom are provided.

Polanki Aqua is located just 400 meters from the wide sandy beach. The city center is about a 40-minute walk from the property. On-site, there is the AQUA restaurant, and other dining options are available in close proximity. Grocery stores and supermarkets are within a 20-25 minute walk.

The Baltini Premium Polanki Aqua D115 apartment is designed for a maximum of 6 people. The unit covers an area of 65 m2 and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a large wardrobe, and a large balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, and other appliances necessary for preparing home meals. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed with sleeping space for two people and a TV. The apartment also offers free access to high-quality WIFI throughout the premises. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed (one 160X200, the other 140X200). For the youngest guests, a travel cot with a mattress and a set of children's bedding is available upon request (one-time fee of 50 PLN). The cot can only be provided after prior notification before arrival.

LIVING ROOM: Sofa bed, coffee table, flat-screen TV with access to terrestrial and satellite television, central heating, exit to the balcony with garden furniture. BEDROOM 1: Double bed, bedding, wardrobe, central heating. BEDROOM 2: Double bed, bedding, wardrobe, central heating. KITCHENETTE: Table with 6 chairs, kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, set of pots, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, frying pan, high chair (upon request). BATHROOM: Bath towels (1 large and 1 small per person), shower, WC, sink, washing machine, hairdryer, mirror, towels, set of cosmetics, baby bathtub (upon request). MULTIMEDIA: TV, WiFi internet is available in the rooms and is free of charge. PARKING: Private parking space in the garage, parking is free of charge. PETS: Dogs or other four-legged companions are accepted upon request. An additional fee applies, 40 PLN / day. Please notify us in advance about bringing a pet.

Important information

Check-in is automatic. Access to the apartments is possible from 4:00 PM and is done using codes. In exceptional cases, we do not exclude the possibility of an earlier check-in and making the apartment available :) On the day of arrival, the apartment is equipped with a so-called “starter pack.” The starter pack includes a few coffee capsules (usually 3-4), a few tea bags, basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, etc.), a few dishwasher tablets (usually 3-4), a few spare garbage bags, a few laundry capsules (usually 2-3), a set of disposable toiletries, a few rolls of toilet paper (usually 3-4), and a roll of paper towels. During the stay, regardless of its length, the above-mentioned items are not replenished. For longer stays, we kindly ask guests to arrange their own supplies.

Apartments at Polanki Aqua - We guarantee one private, free parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible. Apartments at Polanki Park - We guarantee one private, free, outdoor parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Apartments at Kasprowicza 20 A/B/C, Bliżej Morza and Old Town - We guarantee one private parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay, for an additional fee of 40 PLN per day. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible. Apartments at Baltic Marina Residence - We guarantee one private parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay, for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible.
