The choice of a specific property is crucial for walking comfort. Based on the infrastructure of our buildings, we recommend:
- Closeness to nature (Polanki Park & Aqua, Beach Resort): Properties located in the western part of the town and next to the seaside park, which ensures access to wide green areas immediately upon stepping out of the apartment.
- Distance to the beach: Key locations (Polanki, Kasprowicza) are 350–400 meters from the shoreline, allowing quick access to the sea without the need to transport your pet across the city center for long distances.
- Finishes: All apartments feature modern, easy-to-clean floors and spacious balconies, which is important after returning from a sandy beach.
- Accessibility and elevators: Most of our properties are equipped with modern lifts, which is key for the comfort of older dogs or those with mobility difficulties. The exception is the Old Town location – that apartment is on the 1st floor and requires climbing stairs, which should be taken into account when planning your stay.
Stay logistics: What you need to know?
As an operator committed to transparency, we inform you of the actual technical conditions of your stay so you can plan your trip without surprises:
- Full dietary independence: Each apartment is equipped with a refrigerator and a kitchenette, allowing you to store and prepare a specialized diet for your dog (e.g. BARF).
- Privacy: The absence of common areas such as hotel lobbies reduces the number of stimuli for anxious or territorial dogs.
- We accept all four-legged friends: At Baltini Premium we do not impose restrictions on the size of animals. We accept dogs of all breeds, including large dogs over 25 kg – every four-legged family member is welcome here.
- Dog stay fee: It is fixed at 40 PLN per night, making the cost of staying with a dog in an apartment easy to predict.
- Rules for common and recreational areas: For the safety and comfort of all guests, please note that animals are strictly prohibited in recreational areas (e.g. on terraces by outdoor pools). If you plan to visit restaurants located on the premises, please contact their staff directly – these are independent entities that decide individually whether dogs are allowed into their venues.
