In several of our apartment buildings, our Guests can enjoy swimming pools and a range of other attractions. Below are a few words more on this topic.

✅ Polanki Aqua - a pool complex with indoor pools, attractions for children, saunas, Jacuzzi. Additionally, in the summer season, Guests have access to an outdoor pool with a sun terrace with loungers. There is also a gym available for adults!

✅ Polanki Park - a pool complex with an indoor pool, a paddling pool for children, a sauna, and Jacuzzi. Additionally, in the summer season, Guests have access to an outdoor children's pool with a sun terrace and loungers. There is also a gym available for adults!

✅ Kasprowicza 20A-C - a pool complex with an indoor pool, saunas, and Jacuzzi. There is also a gym available for adults!

✅ Baltic Marina Residence - Guests have access to a sauna (self-service), a rooftop terrace Jacuzzi in the summer season, and a gym available for adults!

Extra paid services

Additionally payable before arrival are:

a spa fee, which during reservation is specified as "Fees and taxes"
before arrival, we also collect a deposit of 500 PLN, in the form of a pre-authorization on the card. The deposit is fully refundable, provided there are no damages or losses in the apartment, you do not violate the house rules (such as smoking inside the apartment, staying with an unregistered dog, etc.), and you do not lose the magnetic cards or magnetic bracelets for the pool. If everything is in order, the deposit will definitely be returned to you!!!

A few days before the start of your stay, we will contact you to make the final payments - spa fee, deposit, parking (if paid), dog stay, crib, etc. These fees are usually collected remotely via secure online payments.

Below we provide some important information, please read it carefully :)

If you need a crib for a child, you can arrange this in the next step of the booking process.

The same applies to booking a stay for your four-legged friend. In our apartments, dogs are always welcome, regardless of their size.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cats.

Upon arrival, you can check in from 4:00 PM. However, we do not exclude the possibility that the apartment will be ready for you earlier. If you are interested in early check-in, please contact us 1 day before your arrival. We cannot guarantee it, but we will try hard :)

Conditions of reservation

To confirm this reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up on the arrival date no refunds will be made.

Important information

Check-in is automatic. Access to the apartments is possible from 4:00 PM and is done using codes. In exceptional cases, we do not exclude the possibility of an earlier check-in and making the apartment available :) On the day of arrival, the apartment is equipped with a so-called “starter pack.” The starter pack includes a few coffee capsules (usually 3-4), a few tea bags, basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, etc.), a few dishwasher tablets (usually 3-4), a few spare garbage bags, a few laundry capsules (usually 2-3), a set of disposable toiletries, a few rolls of toilet paper (usually 3-4), and a roll of paper towels. During the stay, regardless of its length, the above-mentioned items are not replenished. For longer stays, we kindly ask guests to arrange their own supplies.

"Four-legged family members are most welcome. Staying with a dog involves an additional fee of +40 PLN per day. We do not accept cats"

Apartments at Polanki Aqua - We guarantee one private, free parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible. Apartments at Polanki Park - We guarantee one private, free, outdoor parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay. Apartments at Kasprowicza 20 A/B/C, Bliżej Morza and Old Town - We guarantee one private parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay, for an additional fee of 40 PLN per day. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible. Apartments at Baltic Marina Residence - We guarantee one private parking space per apartment for the duration of your stay, for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day. Depending on the reserved apartment, this is either an outdoor space or an underground garage spot. The parking space is assigned to the apartment, and exchanging an outdoor space for a garage spot and vice versa is not possible.
